Just read an article about burger King not having any customers. The reason I no longer eat at burger King, especially this... location? Because when I was in chemo, and could hardly eat anything, I was craving a whopper terribly. I got it with no mayo.And told them at the window why no mayo. Went home started eating, all the sudden I was vomiting. The bacon on my whopperwasn't cooked. At all. Completely white. I'll never eat there again. You guys made me really sick with food poisoning. They close early all the time Tried to go in at 1130 some food and there are cones in the dive thru and locked up! Just lovely
There is never a time when they don?t rush me out of the drive through to wait up front by the double doors, everytime I turn... the corner multiple cars are waiting not just me. The only rush out of the drive thru is so their timer probably doesn?t go offbut they?re definitely super super slow location and make you wait out front for the food after going through the drive thru.I?m really starting to dislike this location. I love Burger King but the timing this evening was very disappointing. I understand it's late but why is there no one taking... care of the restaurant. I passed through the drive through to grab my father in-law and I some food after a long day of packing.Pretty excited actually and I almost gave up but knew this wasn't right. 11:23 and no answer, drove by the window and waited,and no one. I then proceeded to drive by the front and as I expected I saw employees. So I gave a honk and drove aroundagain. The person in in front of me this time around had the same issue as I did. They tried to order, no luck so they drove bythe front window. Guess what, no help. So they left. I stayed on my course and was persistent to gain someone's attention. Itwasn't that long but it was 10 minutes of waiting to place my order. I hope management reads this as well as corporate. I knowif my team behaved in this manner, I would definitely make the necessary changes so that my business does not lose a customer orleave a sour taste in their mouth.
