Service is appallingly slow, possibly due to the design of the place not being conducive to the wait staff. It's too long and... spread out, and a third of the seating is behind a wall. Update 11/12/2022: Food is decent although I only order the kung paospaghetti because the pizza is forgettable. Service is still terrible. No place settings. They have a rewards system but no oneto support it so we had to wait forever for the manager to come off his break. Read more
This pizza was very over cooked!! First off- It was COLD, too salty and barely had any sauce on it! Tasted like cardboard and... was very difficult to bite. As bad as Domino's & Little Cesar's are- even THEY taste better! NEVER again California Pizza Trash!I can't believe that they charged me for that pizza! It was inedible and not too becoming. The food was too dry and undercooked. Next time I'll just order pizza. The service was unsatisfactory. For a moment, my cocktail... disappeared while I was in the bathroom. As I returned to my seat and watched the desserts go, no one said sorry for taking awaymy drink. Read more
Went on a Thursday after work, it wasn?t very busy. We were taken care of well, got our drink orders, sides of ranch, bread and... butter. We got a Garlic Chicken Pizza and The Works Pizza. I liked the Works Pizza more than the Garlic Chicken. Overall solidplace Read more

Good customer service, had 1 of their lunch specials served with soup or salad it was delish. Love their warm bread with olive... oil & seasonings to dip in. Also had my free birthday dessert, their warm butter cake with vanilla ice cream, was really good, I recommend! Read more
Took several minutes before someone came to the front desk to even see how many were in our party. Then told us it was 30 mins... for a table in a more than half empty restaurant in a mall on a Tuesday lunchtime. There were 10 other people waiting behind us.Most of them left too when they heard how long the wait time was. Went to Red Robin at the other end of the mall which was verybusy and got seated right away. Badly run and managed restaurants like this CPK in Escondido mall will not last. Read more
