This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. It is the closest one to us so we have ordered here many times (disspointed... every vist) Everytime I have made an online order the order is wrong and missing items. The quality of food is terrible, theyare ALWAYS out of items, the workers are rude, the restaurant is filthy. I will NEVER come to this location again. Read more

After a very, long, grueling day of being at work and hitting the gym, I decided to order a DoorDash pickup Burrito Bowl to end... the day of my hard working earnings. The only reason(s) I even chose "Pickup" is:1) in the past, if I order past 8pm "steak" isnever available if you order in person, but miraculously is available for DoorDash. 2) I was out of lemons, limes, limones,Zitronen, citrons, whatever you want to call citrus flavor that I prefer to add to my burrito bowl (I'll get to why this isimportant in a minute. ) My order was completed, fairly quickly, so I walked to pick it up. at 9 pm ish.( almost a full hourbefore closing. And only one of 3 people who saw me said, "Hello," when I walked in. (not "Dee") I let them know I had anorder, for pick up, they asked me the name and then said it was "over there" and pointed.. (rude) and then I asked for a fewlemons.A woman, by the alleged name of "Dee", said, " We don't have lemons." (as I was staring into the mini RTD fridge, by theregister, with a canister full of citrus. I responded to her, confused, " Why are there are bunch of them right there?" and Ipointed at the canister."Dee," then responds: " We don't have 'lemons', we have 'limes'. "So I said," Lemons, Limes, Citrusygoodness I can add to my food? Thanks!"And she proceeds to hand me one little cup with 2 lime wedges.I then asked for 2 more.(like I always do)And she tells me she has to charge me.I confronted her, by saying "In the last 15 years (which is actually 19years) that I have been eating at Chipotle, I've NEVER been charged for lemons/limes whatever! What is your name? "She said,"Well, I'm the new manager." I said," yeah, I've been to Chipotles all over San Diego, LA, Miami, NY, Chicago, still have neverbeen charged for lemons! "So I asked her name, she told me it was "Dee". I went to my car, got my money, came back in to thestore to purchase the LEMONS, and came in to her telling me "I mispoke." and hands me 2 more cups of lemons.Th Read more

To whom am I concern, I write this review due the poor customer service. I asked about chipotle style, combinations plates and... the prep time because it was my first time in this place and everthing looks fresh. The cashier for night shift told me, "Idon't know I worked night shift with a rude tone ". The chipotle website reflect a nice employee caring culture but the realityis different. I said "Hi and thank you" to everyone but nobody answered me looks like the team need motivation and retrain. Itwas one lady who was cleaning the grill. She was scrubbing to the grill for to much time. There are different ways to clean thegrill with easy manner. Manager on duty needs to take care of this. Having a knowledge team of Operation process help to reduceeffort, streess and improve customer service. My family and I went to this location, we were vacationing in the area, chipotle is my favorite place to go. However, we all... got sick after eating the food from there. I was up all day and night throwing up, food poisoning to the max... my husband gotsick, my daughter (9yr old) got sick.. it was horrible.. will not come back here.. waiting for this place to open to put acomplaint.. I hope no one else got sick.. please AVOID this restaurant.. we ate there 04/21/22 around 4pm. Read more

We catered from here last weekend, had an issue with the order but they made things right. Manager also sincerely apologized... which wasn't necessary at that point. Appreciate what the did and love to be come back here for a bite or for catering. Read more

I hate leaving bad reviews but our food was awful. We ordered a burrito that was smaller than half the size a burrito should... normally be, the rice was not cooked so it was crunchy, and we didn't get the chips that we had paid for. There was also hairin the rice and when we tried to call the store we couldn't get in contact with anyone. Definitely a disappointing experience. Read more
