Food was great...they needed at least one more worker to keep up with the busy lunch time.

Fantastic first time experience. I went to see a sold out concert and had a great time. Student line for less than 10 minutes.... The bag check and scanning of the ticket was less than a minute. I walked to my designated area and headed to my seat. Plenty ofsecurity outside, the venue was very safe. Lots of hotels in walking distance, I plan to attend this Arena again in the future. We go to Chipotle a lot because of my kids. This one always seems inconsistent. I order kids meals here.....and they always... seem either confused by what is included.....or they argue with you. Other stores....all consistent. I also feel like Chipotleis cutting back on portions. They are happy to load you up on rice and beans......anything else is pretty skimpy. Why not havemeasured scoops. This one was in a food court in a mall. It was OK. I think I prefer the standalone stores.

I usually give this specific location 5 stars, but this time my bowl was mostly rice when I asked for light rice. I'm used to... getting an awesome amount of all the good stuff, so having mostly rice was disappointing. There was no one there and twoemployees working that I could see. Maybe it was just me that night, but the one standing closest seemed sad. Read more

This location probably the least clean. Went probably a few weeks ago. Watched a worker with gloves on rub his face then with... same glove scoops out lettuce from one container to another, touches face again then went straight into making someone aburrito. Same dirty gloves. Went just now. Guy chopping steak puts steak in bin then eats puts hand in there and takes a fewbites of steak? he told me he gets hungry when he cuts steak. That?s when I left. Besides being in a p****mic I?m pretty put offby germs and not being clean. If you?re not trying to get sick then I would skip this location or pay attention that they aren?tusing dirty gloves to make your burrito. Read more

Chipotle still sucks apparently. My daughter and I were at the Westfield Escondido Mall last year when she began to get hungry.... There aren't a lot of great options in the food court area, and Chipotle didn't have a line, so that's where we ended up. Iordered a "Steak Taco" with a flour tortilla, fajita vegetables, pinto beans, salsa verde, and cheese. The "steak" at Chipotleis beef chopped into small cubes with a taste and odor that reminds me a little bit of cheap bologna. They claim their beef isall grass-fed and sourced from Australia. Apparently, Mel Gibson isn't the only export Australians should be ashamed of. Thefajita vegetables, slick and greasy strips of onions and peppers robbed of their flavor by whatever industrialized cookingprocess Chipotle uses, pretty much add nothing. The salsa verde tasted like tabasco infused with farts, and the chalky pintobeans tasted like little balls of Play-Doh. In other words, this taco was warm rubbish. The "Carnitas Taco" was also ordered, with Chipotle's "tomato salsa" along with queso sauce on a U-shaped crispy corn tortilla shell. I wish I could break down theflavors of this one, but the overwhelming throat-scraping salt content in the queso and carnitas left me in desperate need of awater well - to crawl into and die. For several minutes after I ate this, I could taste nothing else but salt. The carnitasdidn't feel as dry as I remember them from the last burrito I had from Chipotle years ago, but that could be because theemployees spit in my food. I'm not saying I know for sure that they did, but why would that be surprising here? Itwouldn't. Put simply, to order tacos at any Chipotle while living in San Diego County is to commit taco treason. Yourpunishment may include falling ill to anything from e.coli to norovirus. With Chipotle's well-documented history of spreadingboth of these foodborne illnesses across the country, I was unwilling to take any chances with my family on tainted produce, soI ord Read more
