Great for those who like to eat with their hands. I grew up in a proper home so I have a preference to using silverware. Food... was okay a tad bit on the greasy side. I have no idea in what world their pizza would be accepted as a pizza. Anyone that understands pizza making would say that it... should be sauce first, then cheese and finally toppings. Unfortunately, they top the pizza with cheese, and a lot of it. And thebottom is pretty soggy and uncooked. What you end up with at Filippi's in Escondido is a soggy and greasy pizza that isabsolutely awful. The red sauce is sour and has a weird aftertaste. The leavening in the dough makes the taste very sour whichmust be irregular or warm temperatures and long fermentation time. People that rate this place 5 stars..
