Why do you allow employees to serve food that they would never eat? I get 2 of 3 burned egg rolls. Why? I assume they didn't... think I'd bring them back. I will not return to your El Norte location serving hard stale buns and now W Mission is out . Mightwant to fix the problems while you still have customers. You've lost me. Read more

There's a lot of homeless people hanging around outside but they don't bother anyone...... I love Escondido CA it has been my... home for almost 40 years I'm glad that it has so many awesome parks to take my grandkids to........ Read more

Ordered some tacos and they were all full of grill scale. Just black burnt pieces. The tacos were inedible which they basically... were before but at least they tasted good. Clean your equipment and stop being lazy Read more

Horrible experience today . Messed up my order once again yet this time MARIA the manager gave me a hard time at the window... claiming I didn?t just come thru and order . Even proceeded for me to open each sandwich and show the filling . Then still gaveme a hard time and made me wait in the parking lot while she filled multiple orders . Then would not give me a refund .Literally wasted more money in gas driving there and back and waiting than my food cost . Never going back . People are not goodwith customers nor quality control . Should be a major disappointment to jack in the box franchises . Read more

Horrible customer service from the manager and crew. They would not take responsibility for their own mishaps. Rolls eyes and... have nasty attitudes. It's like they don't believe you when they mess up the order.They don't give you a receipt , they don'teven remember your order, but yet they argue about what you ordered. They misunderstand you and then they blame it on you. Theywon't reclarify at Drive through. They won't even give you a receipt. When you pay for something they charge you the wrongamount. Horrible. The manager put her finger in my face in the middle of explaining what was going on to take a drive-throughorder. You never do that . Then three different people came up to me asking me what I ordered multiple times . One lady was niceenough to call back the order to get it replaced but the manager told them to stop and they only gave me back my soggy hashbrowns on my old sandwich. positive side about it is they charged me only $20 for what was supposed to be a $26 order in thefirst place. I can't imagine their food cost. Being in the food service for 15 years and running my own restaurants, I can saythey won't make their quota this month and food and labor. Every order they're handing out free food. If they're going to messup this bad at least improve your customer service. So if you're going to mess our s*** up you do it with a smile on your face.Messing up orders left and right. No wonder why a manager can't stay at this location. They hire really bad managers. Worst service ever! I come to this location because it?s the closest to me. The drive thru lady Maria, (short length, burgundy... color hair) is very rude and disrespectful. She talks over customers, so she didn?t hear that I ordered 2 #21?s sandwich only,and 1 large iced vanilla coffee. I approach the window and told me my total $10 and some change. It didn?t add up so I asked herif she was billing me for the 2 #21?s sandwich only, and 1 large iced vanilla coffee, she rolled her eyes and very abrasivelytried to repeat my order, insisting of a combo! I did not order a combo! I proceed to repeat my order as she is huffing andpuffing, informs the kitchen that the car (mine) only wants 2 #21?s, she rang up the sandwich?s but not the beverage, come onlady! Now in frustrated, I?ve asked Maria to be quiet to let me speak and to stop speaking over me hoping she will finally getmy order correct. I hand her my debit card and she hands me the iced coffee. It was visually apparent that she was overlyfrustrated and making instigating comments such as ?you are on your phone? (what is it to her, she wasn?t taking my ordercorrectly) ?I know you are the customer and your job is important and so is mine? (when did I say her job wasn?t important) Iwas minding my business waiting for her to process my payment and give me the sandwich?s while she is running her mouth. I thendid tell her to shut up as I didn?t come to the location for any BS. She finally stated I was good and hands my debit card back,at this point I?m over it, I didn?t even notice I didn?t get the breakfast sandwiches. I?m pulling forward when she yells yourcard declined, by this point I can?t reverse as the car behind me has pulled forward too. I?ve reported issues with thislocations payment terminal machine in the past. I suppose the chip reader is malfunctioning as I haven?t experienced any issuesat any other place. I do had a bad experience at this location today. I got a sloppy, not tasty food. It is only because I used a coupon buy1 get 1... I received this burned missing ingredients sandwich. I have worked 20 years in the food industry and customer service and thisone is not excusable. Need to work with passion and not only for the money. Read more

Stopped in here for a quick burger while driving up hwy 15. The service was quick and the burger is pretty good. I'm actually... very surprised with Jack in the box burgers. they are juicy but not greasy and definitely not messy. Especially when I'mdriving the presentation of the burger and wrapping is the best out there.. I don't have to fold the wrapper so I don't mess upmy car... they do it for you.. just see the picture.. its quite impressive. The value is also there... didn't get anythingelse.. but the burger is a good way to go when driving. Read more
