Had a craving for (greasy)tasty, crunchy food, which I used to enjoy w/my kids before they moved away. So, I remembered the TV... commercials for "mini- munchies." Except they only had the BIG size, (disappointing), & being a diabetic, etc , I can't everhave a big amount of anything. Still got a small onion rings, chicken nuggets, egg roll, & chocolate shake. It was a greatsnack to share w/my service dog(chicken only), & to have w/a salad for lunch. I don't drive or eat out much anymore; trying tostay healthy, avoiding anything greasy, spicy, salty, sweet, processed, &/or caffeinated, but this is always an 'average' treatonce in awhile (plus I found out you accept EBT)! My order was filled in 1minute. It was cooked, but ICE COLD! How long does food just lay around to get so cold? Then they would... not give me a refund until I coughed up exact change. I read in the reviews that I am not the only one, wish I had read reviewsbefore coming here. I will never return. Read more

I pull through the drive-through and ordered a jumbo jack and a value fry off of Jacks deals . The price shown on the marquee... was 269, but they were charged me 289 when I asked the manager to fix it he said there was no way to fix that for me. Which ledme to just cancel my order if you can?t figure out what to do about overcharging the customer by $.20 I have no confidence inyou and your ability to make my food. The crew member that took our order was just a few days on the job so of course there were a few issues, but nothing major. Plus... she was very friendly and made it ok that it was taking a bit longer then normal. The food was as ordered and was very tasty. Soall in all a very nice lunch/dinner. Read more

If I could give 0 stars I would, to say the least. Not only have the employees at this location messed up my order numerous... times on numerous occasions but they fail to respect their customers. Waited in line and was given attitude as I was told towait before I could place my order, they are only accepting cash at the moment which is inconvenience to not only myself butmany others that come after me. Apparently district manager doesn?t allow signs to be posted letting their customers know theyare only accepting cash. I worked in fast food and in order to avoid situations like these, WE PUT OUT SIGNS. I guess thedistrict manager doesn?t care about losing money. To top this all off, we were disrespected by an employee named MARIO. Cussingand acting like a complete animal with half of his body hanging out of the window. Is this how you people train your employees?I?ve been disrespected multiple times at my fast food job and not once did I act out of character. Regardless of who started,customers should not be talked to this way, employees should be trained to deal with any situation they are put in. I expect anapology from Mario himself and a solution to this problem. ALSO I believe MARIO is a MANAGER. How funny. I give it 1 star because Soda wasn't flat (and I can't give 0). I tried it one more time before I give this review. I ordered... the sourdough jack like I always do. The fries were barely warm at best, making me wonder how long they had been sitting there. Kinda mushy too as if they were never cooked all the way through. Heck, the cheese on my burger wasn't even melted and it wascold....I mean cold in the middle. I literally just threw away the entire meal when I got home. It is "always" like this andsad to say I will certainly not eat here anymore. Are all Jack in the Boxes like this, or just this location? Read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went through the drive-thru this morning and got a sandwich with a bite already take out of... it! I had to call multiple times in an attempt to reach a manager, when someone finally answered they didn?t take any ownership.Said the manager wasn?t in and kept cutting me off as I tried to explain my sandwich situation. His response was ?well none ofthe employees eat in the kitchen.? ???????? Long story short, I had to threaten to call the city inspector to get any sort ofaccountability. During a WORLDLY pandemic I don?t understand how this is acceptable at all! You can clearly see the bite in thebread and chicken. NEVER SPENDING MONEY HERE AGAIN! Read more
