Rude cashier. She ignored me while i was talking and asking for my order.
I took my kids to eat, we order two family 16 pieces meal to dine in, we were the only people in there there were a bunch of... ants on the floor. When we got our order we started to open the buckets and containers we realized they didn’t give us anyplates or forks we had to get up and get some, then we had no napkins had to get up again, we also ask for hot sauce and thegirl said they didn’t have any then I saw her giving someone else hot sauce. These employees are very rude before I order Iwaited for a while until someone came but they don’t know how to greet people bad customer service. We went up there like atleast 7 times to ask for different things but this Mexican girl so rude her name Kelly. Not going there anymore for sure. If I can put 0 I would due to the manager that works here . I believe she is an older Filipino lady & is so nasty & rude for no... reason ! Driver insisted he was lost. I confirmed instructions on phone, tried messaging when he still failed to show, tried calling d... his phone didn't accept call. Called store. Manager insists she can do nothing. Akready charged to my account. No delivery,obviously purposely as she refused to do anything.
