I went to the one in E Valley Pkwy and I got orange chicken for my son and was super spicy, i never had a problem with panda's... orange chicken and he wouldn't even eat it. I got an entree for me too and same. The place was packed and they didn't had allthe entrees showed in the menu. Read more
I usually have no problem when order food from this locations but just today. I was order a fresh beijing beef and willing to... wait but they still mixed giving me the old one which is already dry and soggy. Oh wait also the guy almost not let me to pickveggie spring rolls as a third items when I ordered a bigger plate. What else can I pick if the food in there wasn?t fresh andmostly steam table empty. Idk but the girls that were working on the night of 8/8/22 were pretty rude and I caught them rolling their eyes at customers.... They were so busy measuring my boyfriend?s ?portion? of chow mein, that they forgot to put any chow mein at all in my entreewhich we paid for. I didn?t notice until I opened up my plate at home otherwise I would?ve gone right back in. To top it all offwe ended up waiting 15 minutes for teriyaki chicken that was already sitting there ready!! This panda is the worst! Don't bother going to this location for dinner. They always have a long line with no freaking food! ... It's like they stop cooking food 2 hours before closing and they don't care to make anything but orange chicken. What is theowner too cheap to let them cook food until closing or is the staff too lazy to cook up until closing! I will drive acrosstown instead of going to this location the one by Lowes even taste better. Read more
This panda is usually a pleasant experience at best, and neutral at worst. Usually? except today we were attended by Lucas. It... appeared that his coworkers were crafting a bulky catering order and he was taking orders from walk-in guests but he was sorude. We ordered our food and he was giving us attitude when we were just choosing our sides. He also didn?t put the sauce onthe teriyaki chicken so we only got? chicken. Working in the industry, I would understand if we were awful guests but we justwanted our food and we got a full serving of attitude with a bitter side of irritation. Oh and no fortune cookies! Excellent Panda experience today in Escondido. Store was clean, inviting, and very cool which was a welcome considering how hot... it is outside today. Bathroom, floors and tables were clean, Staff was very polite, helpfull, knowledable, and they were allwearing a smile. Made me feel great, ordered honey walnut shrimp, honey sesame chicken, chowmein, two spring rolls and sweettea. Food was really super good. Especially the main ontrees. Anything with honey on it is so good. Loaded up the pics andmy fortune cookie was just the right bow tied on to this delicious food coma afternoon. Says " You will be fortunate ineverything you do". Accessibility: disabled parking in front, and door that needs to be pulled open but is not heavy compared to many other... doors. Seating: as of 8-8-2021 there is seating inside you can use, 3 tables outside you can sit at, and to-go takeout. Masks: Employees are wearing masks which I am thankful for, but masks are not required by guests. The food was preparedquickly and hot. :) Read more
