I really hate to complain but I guess when it happens you have to say exactly what happens I went in good intentions to have a... nice hot meal so I decided to try something new that they have it's made of plant-based chicken and of course they will notallow you to try a taste of it you have to purchase it that's what the guy said anyway so I decided to go ahead and buy it andalong with that I decided to have a second topping of Beijing beef and half and half of refried rice also chow mein then I satdown to eat it that chow mein was barely warm the rice was cold the Beijing beef was cold and very tough many hard pieces in itand lastly then you plant-based orange chicken was barely warm and most of the employees for some reason they just don't evenlook at you in the eye as if you're a machine talking to a robot I don't get it maybe that serves the owner they're happier thatway they take your money and they think you'll come back no absolutely not most smart people would not come back most desperatepeople will come back so needless to say would that treatment I don't think I would be back now I don't have time to complain soI figured I'll just give my opinion and leave it at that and don't bother complaining because no one cares about your complaintand definitely don't expect to get your money back so moving on forward Panda Express is a flop for me enjoy for those that wantto try it Read more
Good food, great service and good patrons. Dropped my ATM card and a beautiful young lady returned it to me.
On 214, I went to Panda Express, I was wanting some Chinese food. I had a rrough day and the young lady at the register gave me... my total and I had the wrong form of payment. Absolutely disappointed in my latest order from here. I ordered a 3 entree and they only gave me 2. One part of the container... was completely empty missing my orange chicken. I also ordered honey walnut shrimp and it was soggy which is a sign that it isold and has been sitting out. Fried rice and chow mein were stale as well. ???? Clean and Great customer service!! A little boy was running around the place and not letting the mom order or pay so the... attendants helped her out and was able to complete her order and get her drink. Read more
I've been there a few times it was always good. Today I found mold on my wontons. We took them in and they said it was green... onion. It obviously wasn't. They were rude to us especially Jazmin. It took them forever to get us a refund. They just didn'tcare. Neither did their corporate. Read more
