This place normally works out. The pizza is good, and their service has always been satisfactory...until NOW. Boy did every... single worker fall short tonight, and there were 6 OF THEM! They were all very busy, but I'm not sure what they were doingbecause it most certainly was not taking care in what they do. The pizzas my partner and I had ordered were placed on the wrongto-go shelf so they were just sitting there for 10 minutes while we waited for no reason. When we got them home, we wereshocked and appalled at the mess we found when we opened the boxes: The toppings were correct on one, but incorrect on theother. The pesto pizza was MISSING THE PESTO (for Pete's sake!) and it hadn't even been sliced properly! Not only that, but itwas clear that the ovens had not been cleaned or even swept out because BOTH pizzas were COVERED underneath in old, greasy,grimy, blackened crumbs. When we tried to call the establishment (during peak dinner hours by the way) it... just.. rang offthe hook. My partner went to see if we could get them remade and I continued to call in hopes of reaching someone to tell allthis to. No such luck on my end. My partner arrived and found out that through some incredibly bad-for-business policy, theiremployees aren't even ALLOWED to answer the phone! WHAT?! Pieology, you have dug yourself into a lovely little hole. It'sunfortunate that though the manager replaced the pizzas without a problem, we will NOT be returning. It just isn't worth it. Read more
Complete distrusting! Employees are seen leaving the restroom and not washing their hands. They don’t wash their hands after... coming from the back. Completely rude and have a attitude as if us being here is an inconvenience. Don’t even try using theapp or order ahead. They literally look at the receipt and put it to the side u til you say something. All they say is yeahorder head is useless and they don’t pay attention until you go to the counter to ask for your order. Management needs to beretrained or something, clearly no one knows how to do anything right there. Sad seeing that 90% of the job is taking the orderfrom the customer. Read more
My family and I pulled up at Pieology at 10:55 five mins before they open at 11am and a minute later the girl put up this ghetto... sign. I understand places are short staff, but they shouldn’t make up changes at last minute. There was just 5 of us so yourtelling me 2 people couldn’t make 4 pizzas at 11am? At least acknowledge that you have people waiting at the door instead ofjust putting up a sign because you think you two people can’t handle making four pizzas. Read more
The pizza is really good but too expensive for how small it is. They have a gluten-free crust which is nice. Spent over $25 for... 2 pizzas. Then they had the nerve to try and charge .75 for a thing of ranch. Not an extra ranch. .75 for the ranch that shouldcome with your order. What a rip off. I'll go elsewhere just for that reason alone... Read more
Their service quality has gone down. They had to remake my pizza because it fell apart in the oven. I understand that, but they... didn't ask me what ingredients I had on it, so they guessed. Meanwhile I'm just waiting and waiting patiently while my other 3pizzas were just sitting there getting cold. When they finally told me, I asked what ingredients they put on it. They missedseveral ingredients, so now they had to make it a 3rd time. I was there for almost an hour. Who seemed to be the manager orsupervisor did not apologize or even offer any compensation (like a drink while you wait or a cookie or even the pizza they madewrong. I guess they just threw it away) It was as if they didn't care. The pizza also wasn't as good as it was in the past. Mykids liked their pizza. Thats why I gave them 3 stars. 1st - Og thin crust, garlic oil, tomato sauce, mozzarella and gorgonzola cheese, black olives, roasted red peppers, onions, ham... and sausage, bacon, basil. 2nd - Og thin crust, garlic oil, tomato sauce, mozzarella, onion, pepperoni, sausage, ham, bacon,basil. 2 drinks. 1 brownie. 1 Reese's peanut butter cup cookie. If you have never been this is a good place for you to take yourkids where they can make their Pizza any way they want and eat it. Make sure you come after 5:00 because it's really busy atthat time and you'll be waiting a while. It is worth the wait though. Read more
I Extremely BAD service I received tonight! I am angry and can't even enjoy a good pizza! I waited over an hour for two very... simple, meatless pizzas. My pizzas sat there while people came n went, 10 people after me went, including online orders. Ifinally questioned "the manager" and she said nobody put numbers on the pizza, therefore her solution was to just let them sitthere n get cold. Once I got home and opened the boxes, I was even more upset. They were BOTH BURNED! Worst service EVER!! Read more
