I got delivery from this Pizza Hut and it was the best we ever had, from any Pizza Hut! All of the food was delicious and took... us by a pleasant surprise. To give an idea, we used to order from PQ, Clairemont, and Bernardo Heights. We never knew if itwould be good or awful. Plus, the delivery service was impeccable. Read more
unbelievably terrible experience, placed an order thru a phone call for 2 pizzas and wings where they attempted to charge me... $83, i built the same order online for pickup and it came out to $53. upon arrival i asked for an explanation in the pricedifferential, and we were screamed at for asking for an explanation. After the employee (with pink hair) threw a tantrum and weasked to speak to someone else she stormed off to the back without continuing to assist or fix the situation. Staff seemed moody, employee definitely had an attitude, i ordered to eat during my lunch break but was given no utensils and... its not like i carry extra forks in my vehicle for this type of situations, it is definitely degrading when you resort to usingyour fingers to eat. Two strikes and you may be out! This is the second time my pizza was a bit doughy. It needed a few more minutes in the oven. ... And my sausage and mushroom pizza had only one or two mushrooms per slice. I ordered extra cheese and it seemed that I wastedmy two extra dollars. Okay, the boneless chicken wings were good, but it is two disappointing pizzas in a row. I don't know ifI want to risk strike three. Read more
If I could give this place a zero I would! I went into get the special 2 medium pizzas for 6.99 because that?s what is... advertised on TV and a tex message I got from Pizza Hut and this location refused to honor that deal! They told me that theirmanager is the one that comes up with the prices! If it is advertised on TV and sent from them as a Corporation all storesshould have the same prices! I just love Pizza Hut pizza.I always get a Pepperoni Lover and Meat Lovers pizza. Like always they taste great. Especially when... I've been craving a good pizza for over a month. Service is usually fast. Order is ready when I get there and I'm in and out injust a few minutes. Read more
