This Starbucks has an extremely rude team of employees. We were there with the whole family, children and an 8 month old baby... unable to stay inside because the air conditioning was too cold. You know or refuse to unlock the chained chairs outside for noreason other than a refusal to make the effort and communicated it to us in a very rude and unacceptable way. I will contactthe manager of this activity to let him know how his employees behave. Placed a mobile order and waited 20 mins while people came in and ordered in line got theirs in 3mins. I saw my order getting... ignored MULTIPLE times while others are being done. THANK YOU for doing that, starbucks just lost a loyal customer. Read more

I love this place. Everyone was wearing masks! Bustling! I hadn't ordered here in years and Tarrah The Coffee Master remembered... me! Even got my name right after all this time.
