Neither fast nor friendly. With a mobile order, it took 15 minutes to get a mocha on a DEAD weekend early morning. When i... finally got a drink, it was the wrong one. Took it anyways bc i do that sometimes but got no reply from the barista when i saidthank you. Then i checked my order and realized she actually gave me the wrong one so i went back in to ask for the correct oneand got no apologies, just and "okaaaay.". I have seen them get super busy but i didnt see any other customers or cars the wholetime i was there. No excuse for slow and unfriendly service. Read more
I like this store, online orders make it easy and fast to get in and out and avoid the lines.. staff is very friendly as well.

I've never been ignored or disrespected at this Starbucks. Sometimes baristas get busy. These baristas get completely swamped.... Still, even on a busy day, if I have a custom order, they take it with a smile and an apology for the wait. The apology ishardly necessary because they're quick; they all still go above and beyond with customer service here. My definite favoritelocation. Read more

Horrible customer service. Not friendly staff. They are very slow. I will not be coming back. Took me 25 minutes to get a java... chip Frappuccino. It had no whip cream. When I asked if I could have whip cream the barista responded with an attitude they hadran out. Read more

It's Starbucks. As usual friendly staff, orders correct and delivered timely and as a mocha drinker, no other place compares.
