I?ve never been to a Starbucks where the person behind me get an order before me? I go here EVERRRRRYYYDAAAAY and yet they can?t... show good customer service. I ask for the same thing everyday a carmel deal extra Carmel & either cheese danish or baba nutbread & a cup of ice? Why do I get the frap only than have to wait for the next persons order to be done so I can get my food &the cup of ice ? does not make sense. Train those little girls please some people don?t care about anything but customerservice. Read more
Staff is really subpar. And on multiple occasions. Attitude, getting drinks wrong, closing early.
Didn?t catch the guys name but I was literally standing in front waiting for him to take my order for 1O mins. I understand that... it gets busy, but at least be polite and say ?I?ll be right with you.? After he walked up to the counter he was just staring atme. I walked up to the counter and he didn?t bother to greet me. I had to greet him. Ask him if he?s ready to take my order. I?mnot sure if he is being discriminating towards me or if he does this to other people too. P.S. the drink he made me wentstraight in the trash. I understand sometimes people have a bad day, but dang man. My boy needs to get a new job! that coffee hemade me was so watery. Read more
My husband and I stopped here while on the road. We waited for someone to take our order, no ?we will be right with you? until... about 5 min later which was awkward because they were literally right in front of us. The guy behind the counter ?Jaguar? iswhat his tag said, was short with us. We waited about 10-15 min for our coffees because they were OUT OF COFFEE!!!! How doesStarbucks run out of coffee?? They were also out of White Chocolate so we settled for something different. Both out drinks wereabsolutely horrible and were not made even remotely correct. I tried to have them correct both but we finally just left. As weare leaving I see another guy bringing back his Strawberry Açaí Refresher. How hard is that to make. I?m sorry but we are notat AMPM buying a coffee! I?m paying $15 for our order and I feel like it should be right. Read more
3 employees behind the counter and not one says hello or stops talking among themselves to awknowledge that I am even there. It... appears maybe some are on break because they are eating behind the counter. I work in customer service and I never haveignored a customers presence, even if on break or.off shift. I finally said hello to get the young man to take my order. Heclearly doesn't want to be at work today. Never said hello and when I thanked him for my drink he still said nothing.
