Worst Starbucks! No friendly staff, Watery drinks. It took me almost 30 min to get an ice chai latte.
This one is in side of an Albertsons and had two females working it. One had glasses. So I get in line with my family. No other... customers. Both ladies were doing little tasks and neither wanted to stop to take our order. They would finish one task andstart another. I would understand wanting to finish what they started but they just kept going with it and starting new tasks.One told us they will help us in a moment but that moment didn't come because we'll I decided I wasn't going to wait until theycleaned the entire station before they decided to take our order. Very disappointed. Worst customer service I've seen in a longtime. I would have fired them both for refusing to help customers. Read more

I've been in multiple times and every single time a batista by the name of Gabor is there, he makes the environment seem... stressful and uncomfortable. He never has a smile and has zero customer service and to top it off his drinks are never madegood. Read more
What cant be said....baristas are so friendly I have heard how amazing they are to the employees and that says it all for... starbucks. Never a frown even when super busy. Always great drinks and light variety of breakfast, lunch and snacks. Greatatmosphere people go there to sit and do whatever they need....read a book, paint, meet clients. Thumbs up. Poor Service. Won't be going back there. Different workers but same experience. They were just gabbing about their... weekends. Last time I went they forgot about my drink, so they compensated by giving me my next for free. I went back againweeks later, again I waited too long for my drink. I had to stand next to the counter to remind them that I was missing mydrink. Plus my Caramel Frappuccino had little to none caramel in it. And it still had chunks of ice in my drink. Read more
Items on menu aren't always available. I've been to this location two times in one week and both times they were out of the... Caramel Ribbon Crunch but they still have it on the menu. At least put a sticky note saying unavailable or something, waited inline for like 20 minutes to find out the one thing I came in for they can't make it. Also look to see if they are training newemployees... for eome reason they decided to train on the register at lunch time when it's busy... Read more
