I went there about a month and a half ago and had a terrible experience.It was my 2nd time getting a mango smoothie w boba... here.Never have i ever seen my boba harden and turn white in my life. I expressed my opinion to an employer and he explained thereasoning, however the manger(i?m assuming) asked what the problem was and i explained myself again and she instantly becameEXTREMELY rude. She said ?sorry i can?t do anything about it? i told her it hasn?t even been 20 mins since i got my boba and shetold me i ?had to drink it fast? if i didn?t want it to harden. LOL WHAT??? this is not my first time ordering boba. The mangerwas obnoxiously RUDE. My mom then got involved and cursed her out afterward and she rudely told her employee to make me a newsmoothie after my mom said she wanted a refund. Terrible place to buy boba. Never again.
