Overpriced and just okay on flavor. There are much better options locally. Further, the quantities leave much to be desired. The... beef yakisoba pictured was $18 and half full. Sushi was delicious recommend trying The Escondido roll and the no money roll. The food was great definitely worth the try The... rolls kept bursting because they where so full of deliciousness so that was great. My one gripe is the tuna tartar was just atuna poke on a wonton cracker. Hence my 4 * This didn't affect my rating just was weird. Seating was strange as a party of 8we where sat in the corner of the store ,but they had large tables in a large dining room space avoid going with a large party. Read more

Someone suggested this place to go for my friend's birthday. We decided to try it out and we were not disappointed! We got one... of their specials, I don't really remember what it was because it was a while ago. I do remember enjoying it though! It wasdelicious! I got a lot of sushi for the price. The sauce was phenomenal. And the Wasabi was some of the best I've ever had! Itgave me good practice with my chopstick skills. If I'm ever back in Escondido, I will definitely go back. When we went, it wasvery busy. The place was super packed. We decided to get takeout because of that, but they were still very quick with preparingour food. Amazingly fresh sushi in this area that I've eaten at lately. Sashimi was thick cuts of fish.. so darn fresh. The rolls are... ample and handrolls are big. We were all satisfied. Will come back againon my next trip down this way. Read more
Solid and tasty sushi joint, have been here many times. Great offering, great staff, great service. Carlsbad roll is definitely... my favorite. Amongst many sushi places in North county these guys are definitely above average. Will continue to order fromthem. Take out or dine in, I'm never disappointed. Read more
Purchased the voucher last night, prior to going to restaurant. Attempted to pay with printed voucher, but told they wouldn?t... accept the paper one. Had to get manager involved and they finally accepted it, but for one-time use only. Wanted to use thebalance later, but was forced to order unwanted food to go, to use the full value of the voucher.
