I usually never give a bad review unless it's really bad, and well my experience was really bad. 1st off the place in general... was nasty. Trash overflowing onto the floor, sticky floors, flies in the establishment. Seemed to have adequate staffing, butevery employee seemed high and was super slow to function. ???? What appeared as homeless people coming into the establishmentto fill up their non Blake Lotaburger cups, losing tons of revenue there. I can say the food was good, and made correctly.Although another woman grabbed our bag and fled before we could stop her. The employee called my husband's name twice. Employeesstarted to make our order again and then she comes back in with our order. She was pulling a straight on "Karen", even though itwas her own dumba$$ fault. Ehhh... overall if the employees took pride in keeping the place clean this could be even a betterestablishment. Read more
We stop in every time we go through New Mexico. They actually cook the burgers not just steam or heat. Get the green Chile... burger, it's the best! Read more
If you like spicy and burgers then this might be the place for you! I?ve had a few friends rave that I have to try it. Without... the green chilis though, the burgers were less than average. Also this location was only taking cash, which was a bitinconvenient. Read more
I think this place has gone down hill once it became a franchise. Proportions have gotten small with price rise. Service is... horrible at this location, if you order online (don?t bother calling) it dosent matter you still wait in line for another 15min. Then another 10 for them to fix your order and to replace burnt fries. Read more
Always fresh. Typically get burger with everything + green chile & cheese with season fries. Would give 5* but the wait time... can be a bit long. Read more

The guy Anthony at the register was very rude. When I was in line I told all of them that they were doing a great job. I have... had bad experiences in the past with bad service lately, I didn't tell them I had a bad experiences in the past. When asking formy pickup order Anthony told me I didnt have a order. Anthony asked me what the number I called from. He found my wifes numberon the order. But didnt want to give me the order because it was not the name the order. After minutes Anthony started to arguewith me.Then the manager said. Get him out and give him his order. Get him out because he is hung angry. Why would I pay for aorder that I know what was ordered and offer to pay for. Never again. Ever going back. Both should be canned. I will share mybad experience in the beautiful Espanola Valley.
