The drive thru customer service is not that great. There seems to always be a problem with them taking my order. Burgers are ok.... By the time I get home the burgers are usually soggy. Read more

My order taker, (lovely, Young Woman, Arleth, by name!) new on staff here, apparently didn't have enough training to take an... order. I don't blame her one bit ...
