Wait time is longer than typical fast food, but they're assembling your sandwich from scratch. Also I don't think they have a... large staff. I thought the food was acceptable, it was fresh, way better than the McDonald's next door. Overall, 5 stars. Read more

HORRIBLE wait times! Staff just kicking back with 3 cars in line. Waiting 20+ minutes in a 'fastfood' drive thru line for 2... sandwiches. Has happened on multiple occasions. Never again though. SERIOUSLY consider eating anywhere else, trust me. Read more

I love the fries, Big Charles sandwich and Tuna sandwich from here. They are my absolute favorite. Best hearty sandwiches in... town for a decent price. I came here when they first opened and it was good, recently started coming back and still got reallygood customer service and VERY tasty freshly made sandwiches. Definitely recommend this place. Now that they have new service it's 100% better!!! Went about dinner time and sandwich maker made ALL of my sandwiches correct +... I loved the nice friendly lady working drive thru. I saw women in front of me trying to give her a hard time but all the whileshe just had a smile and treated her properly! Haven't been here in a few months, last time wasn't a huge hit but have it another try. I had the breakfast burrito. I honestly... thought it was the worst breakfast burrito I ever had. First time I thought the small breakfast burrito at McDonald's we wasbetter. This one was tiny, the bacon was almost raw, I ordered Christmas chili and got a red sauce that tasted like can chili.This cannot be the norm here. Sandwhiches were great! The half sizes were large and filling. Bread was delicious. I loved the Hawaiian Lava drink and my... fiance enjoyed the mango tumeric. Quality food takes time to prepare so just know that it's not mcdonald's fast. We will beback! Read more
