Very slow service at speaker but quick once you get past there. 2 lines backed up all the way to the main road.
Mediocre consistency. Fries overcooked, hard and dry in the middle. No straws with drinks. Bun sliced in half down the middle.... Please compensate for not meeting corporate expectations. ???? Often missing items in order that have been paid for. Read more

Probably the clearest and fastest fast food restaurant in taos. Sooo many complaints about the lobby still being closed and... we're almost in fall of 2022. The owner came out to yell at me 3x when I was attempting to place a mobile order from the app. Heaccused me of stealing their wifi and said hed call the cops on me hahahaha....please. Another ridiculous thing is that theycharge for every additional condiment. This McDonald's is a franchise so the owner can do what he wants... I still recommendthis McDonald's because they're clean and have good employees. If you want to dine in go to Wendy's. Read more
It's either a hit or a miss with this place but it's mostly a miss. And it sucks because this is the only McDonald's we have.... You either get your food burnt, under cooked or hard. So cross ???? your fingers when ordering here. Honestly it's better justto go make something at home. Because you know what you're going to get. Read more
Usually this location is pretty good. Last two times I get a burger it's raw inside. I would gladly wait longer for food I can... actually eat. I was driving and didn't see it right away, everything else was cooked through on our order. Read more
I don't know what's going on with this place but the fries ???? here are nothing but grease drenched or something. McDonald's... was known for the fries. But now it's depressing. Have some respect for the job you do. When buying a large fry I might get 6 or7 good ones. What a waste. Don't even bother calling your in the wrong. I'm done! This place sucks a dollar sign dollar sign. To pull up get cold food get threatened and get nothing resolved is the picture of... Espanola that everyone knows. Corporate needs to step in. By the way that was all done by employees. Read more
