Supposedly this sonic closes at 11pm and we are able to order until 10:40. We ordered through the app at 10:08 and it was... accepted. We waited until 10:55 when it was stated that a refund was given only after we pushed the button to ask about thefood. Turns out they close earlier than 10pm. Im going to be honest and say my hunger is probably also writing the review but ifthey would have just declined the order or told us hey its too late to order we would have been okay and left to find somethingelae. The fact that we stayed almost an hour waiting is what should not happen. Read more
Need to be more attentive to people wishing to place an order, even when they're not very busy. This location still hasn't... fixed their intercom stalls, know of at least four not working. They don't seem bothered with customer service here. Themanager has served me a few times and she is rude and you definitely get the feeling she just wants you to get your food andleave quickly. Seems to rub off on the employees as well. 10/1/22 - Stalls finally opened up again and now the drive thru isclosed. First stall we went to doesn't work. Is this not being checked? Are they short handed, are they hiring anyone? I seeno "hiring" signs. Read more

If you get your food from here just know the staff that is working on 9-3-2022@5:30pm...no one is wearing gloves as they handle... the food . We go someone else order and I checked it with my hands...the took it back in and gave it to the drive through togive to the customer...The lead said that they are not wearing glove is because they are under staffed...they had 5 people on todo just drive through. How is that understaffed? Read more

Soooo annoying ! This happened to be TWICE AT THE SAME STALL NUMBER 6!! NO HELP ! One time we ordered and NEVER GOT OUR ORDER... PEOPLE THAT CAME AFTER US WERE GETTING OUT FASTER THAN US AND THATS THAT WE ORDERED ONLY DRINKS !. And even now today the secondtime had to move 3 TIMES!!!! To finally be helped !! Read more
