I cannot say enough positive things about this Starbucks! The staff are always friendly and offer amazing customer service:... from answering questions to filling a special request, they will do their best to accommodate you. Española doesn?t have manycoffee options but even if it did, I?d still choose this Starbucks location. ?? Edit: drove through town today and stopped byand it?s STILL a fantastic location! I am local and this is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. The drive through is slow and so is inside. It usually takes... about 15 minutes for me to get a coffee inside. I have had to wait the same amount of time for a water. There is usually a lineinside. The drive-thru I have some time sat there for 40 minutes. The wine is not very long it just seems like it takes a reallylong time for the workers to get orders out. It's been hit or miss on friendliness. I have observed that there is always a lotof multitasking that doesn't seem to make sense while I am waiting. There has been a few times I've gone there and they'reinternet has been down for their debit machine isn't working and you need cash to pay. Nevertheless I always continue to go backcuz it's the only Starbucks for a very long time. I am thankful there is a Starbucks in Espanola. I just got a coffee and it waswarm, not hot but I waited 15 minutes and there was one person in front of me waiting and four people I'm the drive through. I?ve been to many a Starbucks over the years and We always stop by during road trips to grab a coffee and use the restroom as... I?ve always found Starbucks to be safe and trustworthy. But this particular franchise did not allow us to use the restroom eventhough we had a pretty decent order. They said that the restrooms are closed for the public after 5 pm. I understand if one isnot a customer, but extremely disappointed that the rule applies to customers too! Read more
Dissapointment with this branch ???? My hubby and I are starbucks loyal customer, We went in with our reusable cup and wanted to... order our favorite drink. We have waited long as they told us their system is down. When I ask them if their drive thru systemis working fine? They said yes, then I said since we have waited long can they just put my order on the drive thru system? Itwont skip the Q as they can just put my order the last after their drive thru customer and it's a win win solution. Howevertheir service is just not that good and they can't do that! Out of town from Indiana. Really impressed with this Starbucks. There was a line but it went fast. It literally seemed like... everyone was paying and then immediately handed their order, which was nice. Customer service was great! And my drink was madecorrectly! Definitely recommend! I'll return, if I'm ever in the area again! Read more
