Food is always very fresh. And the staff always fun and friendly.
8:05 pm and doors are locked, advertised to close at 10 pm....
I hate leaving a bad review for the Riverside store in Espanola being that I love the food there, but today when I went I got... the worst service ever. One of the ""sandwich artists"" was very rude, actually cussed at me and invited me to go outside whereshe could assault me. I been going to this place for years and I've never been treated with so much disrespect. I always thoughtsubway hired people that are kind not thugs that want to immediately jump over the counter and throw blows. This was a girl,whom I speak about. Sad I have to give a bad review on the whole store since neither one of them use name tags. Maybe that's whythey don't wear them so they can harass customers without getting in trouble. The "young kid" makimg our Sandwiches needs a major attitude adjustment, not friendly at all and clearly doesn't like his job.... And whwn they advertise a new "Melt" Sandwich thats what it should be but it wasn't. Read more
I hate to leave such a negative review. We have been going to this location for years now and the majority of the time they are... really late with our food and forget to include ingredients that we pay for. On multiple occasions we order ahead through themobile app and we have to wait 20 minutes to 45 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time in order to receive our order and it isvery rarely correct. The whole reason we use the mobile app is so we don't have to wait in line but that's what we end up doinganyways. We have finally decided to take our business elsewhere. Read more
Horrible service, a female worker was reaching over the counter and her dirty shirt was touching my food, we asked if we could... have another bread at this point the worker started to get annoyed, when we asked the workers if we can have our subs toastedthey were pretending they couldn?t hear us, and only toasted our subs for about 20 seconds. This is the worst subway i have everbeen too, the female workers were very rude. They also did even cut the subs in half. Read more
Ordered online and picked up in-store, it did take a moment, but they were in their lunch hour so it went by pretty quick. The... employees were kind and friendly and very professional and clean. My visit was a 5 out of 5!!! Read more
