Go to the Pojoaque location. This one isn't worth their salt. Placed a mobile order for in-store pick up. I waited a while,... trying to be polite and patient. Everyone else came and went. After being ignored I finally got the attention of the woman whowas supposed to be at the front end register. After being met with a dirty look and a rude attitude. I showed her my order andshe begrudgingly went to ask in "the back". I hear that "oh yeah, we have that order." There was a pause followed by anannouncement that they were making it. It'd been over 20 minutes by then. Never again. The drive to the Pojoaque Taco Bell isworth it and they are a world better. Read more

We ordered food and tried to fill our reusable water bottle at the machine. We were instructed that we could not fill our bottle... with water. We had to purchase a cup, and then we were able to consume water from the machine. The guy behind the counter wasrude, and after inquiring if that was Taco Bell policy, he attempted to provide a cup for no charge. Avoid this place, no needto be hassled over a basic human necessity. The perfecta! Rude, slow and dirty. This place is the worst. Don't bother ordering through the app. They aren't making it until... you go to the counter. I was standing at the counter telling them my name. My food was sitting there. What the heck! Read more
They run out of food fast. Kinda takes forever in line its better to use taco bell app to order food online
There were about 12 of us that ate here around 1:30pm, so it wasn?t very busy, but there were more people there than I expected.... They were speedy on getting us our food. AND, the place was clean. Great place to eat? and the gas close by was the cheapestaround. Read more
The restaurant was not very busy just me and one other customer that had already been served. I waited about ten minutes to get... my meal. I only saw 3 employees. One preparing the food and one at the cashier. A third person running around. Plus the food wasnot what I expected. Left a bad taste in my mouth. I now understand why it was not very busy. Read more
