How can a restaurant accept credit card but not exact cash or any cash for that matter. I eat Wendy's 3 to 4 times a week and... lately I have been very disappointed with there customer service. I've had multiple orders made incorrectly and two orders whereI received Jr patties on normal size burgers, which they thought was acceptable. It is not... Good food, NOT fast. Literally were doing a cook to order and it took about 5 min to have order taken, another 10 for the... customer ahead of me to get their food, watched car behind me sit at order sign in drive thru until I started to receive myorder, they left. Watched other cars leave drive thru as well.. It's not fast food.. it's cool to order. And you are losing alot of business due to very slow customer service. Read more

They're always out of everything. No strawberry lemonade, no strawberry frosty, and they gave me a sprite with no sprite!!! It... was all carbonated water with no Dam syrup!!!!! Absolutely horrible. Read more
They obviously are having staffing problems there. The line at the drive thru wasn't that long but it took nearly 10 minutes to... get through. I mostly went there because I wanted a Frosty, but was told the Frosty machine was broken. A little disappointed. Read more
Had awful experiences in the past, slow, always out of baked potatoes, poor customer service.. but today I was surprised when I... went for my spicy chicken. The service still was quite slow but the cashier with the braces was very kind. He informed me theyonly had 1 baked potato left, I ordered 2. Service and food was usual for Wendy's, only complaint was someone wanted to wash my clean windows for money and then was... badmouthing when I said no. Sure this is normal at this location. Did not feel safe as I had an 84 y.o. person with me. Read more
