Great quick service, very cheerful, pleasant & accommodating. Very strange thatv they don't carry Fillet o Fish. But they are... the only restaurant you can count on being open early and late in Espanola. Read more
I was the only person in line and it took forever to get served. The guy that served me made it feel like it was an unhappy... chore. After I needed to use the restroom and after my business I discovered there was no more toilet paper. Luckily a had acouple extra napkins left over from lunch which I used to clean up. I had an amazing time at Espanola McDonald?s! The wait was only an hour and a half! We got to the payment window and met the... best girl in the world! A true customer service expert! She was so funny and so kind we offered her a fortune cookie from ourglovebox! She excepted the cookie with tears in her eyes and said ?no one has ever shown me this much kindness? ! The management at this McDonald's is terrible. Waiting 15 minutes or more in a line just to have your order taken, with no one... infront of you besides the 2 cars in the drive through and 2 icecream orders before hand, is absolutely absurd. Decent amount ofstaff and yet everyone drags their feet and ever so slowly put the orders together. They're in no rush at all. I can understandbeing busy but... That's not even putting an effort in. The mother and child infront of me got fed up waiting more than the 15minutes I waited just to have their orders taken and just left because it wasn't worth the wait. The place is constantly a messboth visibly behind the counters and the rest of the rest of the store too most of the time and I swear the only reason thislocation is still open, is because the next closest to this one is an hour drive into Sudbury. If they're turnover rate is thathigh that they're always training new people, maybe the place needs to look into why, it's management, and the workplaceenvironment there Read more
Rude service, terrible food presentation. I ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes for my boyfriend and I there was barely any fudge and... the outside of the container was all sticky and the lady at the window was extremely unprofessional. Not to mention the icecream was half melted when she gave it to us. I do not recommend! Read more
Probably the best McDonald's experience I've had in a long time. Service was fast and pleasant. Food was perfectly placed and... packaged. Everything was piping hot. 10/10 without a doubt well done. Read more
