Burgers were very good and cooked appropriately.....medium rare was really medium rare!!!. Only compliment was with accuracy of... order.....one burger which was supposed to have bacon added did not have it, and another item, a hot dog was omitted completely. I want to say, the first time I got food from here it was soooooooo good! I was looking forward to a second visit. My second... visit wasn't as good though and I got the same burger. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak burger and fries. The first time, it washot and ready when I got it to the house. We talked about it for the entire weekend...thats how good it was! The second time Iordered and it said, it would be 25 mins but 4 mins later I received a message that it was done. Well it took me 20 minutes toget there and I was thinking well it said 25-30 wait on your order. Once I got the food, I opened it as soon as I got in the carand the fries were cold and the sandwich was good but not as good as it was the first time. Build your own Burger. Its like Subway but Better i recommend. Staff is always Friendly and they notify you about what goes with... the Food. This is a place that you look at and think "Hmm i dont know about this place" but than go because your fiance wants togo to it and you actually love there food and go more to. I will never do business here again! The help was very mundane and the food was slightly warm. My order was for a specific time... pick up and it was made immediately and put under heat lamps. Ultimately it was horrible experience and pricey at that! Neveragain! Food looks nothing like the pictures they advertise, beware! Read more

Tried Boss Burger today for the first time. I have to say I was delighted that we decided to come here. The young lady Kim K.... who was working the counter is an absolute joy. She is friendly, outgoing and treated every single person that came in the storelike a friend and not just a customer. Her hospitality is above any level that I have ever seen, you have a real gem with herdon't ever let her go. The young lady working in the kitchen really put her heart and soul into everything she made. She evencame out and asked additional questions about orders to ensure that her customers were getting the best meal possible. Herattention and dedication to her food preparation is also above any level that I have ever seen, she to is a real gem don't everlet her go either. Our burgers were cooked perfectly. I love the fact that they have a jackfruit burger and it was absolutelydelicious. My husband got the Terminator burger and he devoured it. Our fries were nice and hot and perfectly seasoned. We willdefinitely be back. Thank you for an exceptional experience. Job well done. P.S. the seafood salad sample that you gave us isexcellent. I think it would be a great addition to your menu. Boss Burger provided food for our fundraiser. The staff were incredibly friendly and easy to work with. They were able to feed... our 100 attendees with no trouble. Everyone loved the burgers. Hubby & I came in today for the first time(out of towners). So glad we did. We both got the #1 & boy was it #1. Onion rings were... on point, so crispy & light. Sweet potato fries were the bomb too! Bought Oreo cheese cake, but that taste test will be later,we are stuffed! The staff was a delight as well???? Read more
