I am very disappointed with Dunkin Donuts. I always get my iced caramel macchiato and normally it is delicious. However, these... past 6 or so months with all the newer people they don?t know what they are doing. My drink tasted like absolute garbage. I willnot go back. It?s very upsetting. This Dunkin? Donuts is so disgusting, anytime you go here and order anything like a macchiato or latte they use so much milk... that your drink is completely white and taste like you?re just drinking milk out of a carton. Highly recommend you go anywhereelse but here for coffee related drinks. Read more

I used to go here at least 3 times a week. There was a fantastic female employee who used to work the drive thru in the morning.... She was very friendly and always said hi to my kids. But we haven't seen her for a while. Recently everything about this placehas been awful. My orders are consistently wrong or items are missing (and the guy at drive thru yelled at me for checking mybag before driving off). Their staff at the registers regularly ring up wrong items (and I've been overcharged because of this).Their staff is very rude. I went here every single day until now! A DEAD FLY IN MY DRINK??? Sipped it right through my straw. So unsanitary and not to... mention customer service is horrible. Will never come here again, they need to shut down. I will be contacting the Heathdepartment on this matter. Read more
