Tip jar is for manager ONLY. Shortly after we arrived our order was taken. It was understood there was going to be a... wait. After order was taken I asked to have a $20 broken - we were told they can't do that ( indignant and angry) railroadingyou into buying a sauce. About an hour later we got our pizza, hot and fresh. However it looked as if a 2 year old had cut it,was crooked and not cut all the way through... making pulling apart tug and tear. The cheese was really uneven and half thepizza was cooked well-done (almost burnt). It cost 8 bucks for a medium sized pizza and tasted good. As we were leaving themanager stormed in, angrily snatching the dollar bill in the tip jar while saying she earned it. So much for those minimum wageemployees. Read more
I went there this evening and it was a long line. The line was long because the lady taking orders had her 2 kids in the... kitchen. She kept having to stop to tell them to get back. I won't be going there ever again, what kind of manager or storeowner let's their employees bring small children to work. Read more
Used to order deliveries from them on the app but they're constantly sending me pizzas that were overcooked and breaking your... teeth trying to chew into them and the Italian cheese bread doesn't even have cheese. Just garlic sauce on bread these days. Andhalf the time they don't even have the soda you want. Then you're left waiting 2 weeks for a refund. Definitely don't recommendordering through the app from them. Read more
Terrible service, poorly made food, customer before me had a bad experience also. Watching staff play on their phones, fixing... their hair and never saw anyone wash their hands. Other locations are good , but not this one. Read more
The pizza is fine. Service is not. Seems as if there is no need to go into second or third gear. As a delivery person I have... had to wait, once, over 20 mins. That is unacceptable in my view. Read more
I went to buy a pizza and the person that was there , tall man with dreadlock was very rude and aggressive , that way he... answered and addressed my question. I decided not to eat there. Will never go there again. The management of this store shouldbe more careful on hiring its personnel, I think if I would have said something that he would have not liked he could haveassaulted me. Pizza was not made well at all. Was burnt. I was also missing an item when I picked my order up. Told they didn't have... anymore...but didn't tell me until I brought up the issue. Just got a whole refund. Very disappointing. Read more
