One of the drive thru employees wouldn't take my order and told me to come inside ! I had went there a few days prior with the... same order but different employee he was getting upset with me when I told him I couldn't I had my infant child and elderlyfather in the car that was the point of going through drive thru!! So I ended up pulling in parking lot and asking for a managerand the phone rang and rang..I actually went to the popeyes in Essex on eastern Ave and they still didn't answer and that's a 10min plus drive! This Popeyes did serve hot chicken, biscuits that didn?t seem too long in the tooth, and sides were ok. I asked for red beans... and rice with more beans and less rice. The guy snapped back that everything is prepackaged and can?t be changed. Don?t handyour customer some BS lie expecting a 5 star review. I know you guys put more or less beans/rice in depending on what you haveon the counter. Don?t feed me some stock line. New experience. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and tackle box to take to work. Ate tackle box last night, saved chicken for... today's lunch. Imagine my surprise to get a fish sandwich which they definitely hand wrote on the outside of the package twoplaces. Lucky I'm working alone today.
