My wife and I have been going to Super Subs for years. The food , service, and prices have always been great, except for last... night. For 2 small subs and a sandwich the bill was $ 36.00. Me and my family have ordered from here my entire life , at least the last 20 years. Lately the food quality hasn?t been great... and service. The last time I ordered our food was wrong and what we got was just gross. I called and they apologized and saidthey would credit my account to replace the order when we wanted to. 2 weeks later we called to order and nobody had any ideawhat credit I was talking about. It was a manager who had approved this to. That night when we called again there was no managerto speak to. Then I called again and spoke to another manager I believe he said his name was Dino. He apologized for everythingagain and said he was going to look into it again and promised to call me back within the following week . Well it?s been 2weeks and no call. I called again a girl names Soso answered and I was told there was no management . I give up, we won?t bereturning. Called on Sunday 9/18 to place a pickup order. Guy who answered the phone was extremely rude, I always eat from here and never... have any problems. But I simply asked this guy if they had any cheesesteaks specials and his reply was a rude ?same ones we haveevery day?? I don?t know what brought a reaction like that because I had hardly said anything else besides ?I would like toplace an order for pickup?. Best subs and pizza in 21221. Great hot subs as well as cold. Wings are only okayish. One of the few shops in the area that has... Coke and Pepsi products both. Family run. Try them out!! Read more

Paid over $18 for a small soda, FF and cheese steak sub. no cheese on it, very little meat a smashed roll and they don't have... fried onions. I will never buy from them again. Read more
The service is horrible. Food is overpriced. And not that good.
