Top notch pizza and amazing fast service. My order was ready on time and was fresh out of the oven. They did not skimp on the... toppings , the dough was cooked to perfection and the price was spot on . I also got the garlic knots and they were amazing. Horrible customer service. I ordered one panzerotti and after an hour and a half I called to see the status as it still hadn't... arrived. They told me it has been ready for a while but the driver won't get it to me for another 30 minutes.....I live about a2 minute drive away. The only reason I ordered delivery is because I didn't want to pack up my newborn baby and drive in thesnow. I then told them to just cancel the order as I had already waited an hour and a half and didn't want to wait another 30minutes for food that was ready and sitting there getting soggy. He told me its in a heated bag so I Shouldn't worry. When Ithen said I still wanted to cancel and asked for a refund he said I might get my money back tomorrow. I asked for a manager andI was hung up on. I called the next day to ask about my refund and got a lady who refused to let me speak to a manager and toldme it was my own fault for cancelling. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I had not ordered from there for a year becauselast time I ordered my panzerotti was empty. They didn't care about that either. I thought I would give them another chance andthis is the service I get. Never again will I order from here. Read more
I ordered a very simple meal for me and my 2 boys. Chicken tender dinner and spinach dip. My wifes in hospital thought id give... it a second chance. The delivery guy shows up hands me one small box and told me it is what it is you ordered it. Before ipaid i looked at it and it was a burger. Kept my boys up late for nothing. Ordered the deep-fried panzerotti. Not the worst but pretty well near it. The crust was overworked and on the tips not edible.... The fillings ie pepperoni was shredded. The Italian sausage was more like ground seasoned meat. All were skimpy. Meat sauce wasflavored with meat as it was not abundantly thick. We won't order again and will try out another competitor's.
