My workplace ordered a bunch of pizza from there on Saturday Aug 13. So far 7 co workers haven't had anything good to say about... it. Over cooked, tough crust. Hello, I have to say, the pizza lately has been pretty good. When the pizza is done well, the pizza has been really, really... good. We did, for a time stop buying Chochi's Pizza because of the constant burning of the pizza crust and bottom, and I amhappy to say, for most of the time, that's changed. If I had to make a complaint, it would be that sometimes there is no sauceafter its been cooked. You can tell that initially the sauce was put on, but not enough before being put in the oven. The othercomplaint I would have to say is, when serving pizza to very large grown men, and the slices are cut into baby slices orsquares, they are not impressed, especially if there isn't enough sauce. So, please keep in mind, when you are cutting thepizza, what your customers likes and dislikes maybe. Maybe ask who the customer is catering to, as I am quite sure with youngchildren, the small cut sizes are actually quite ideal for those particular customers. Me and my Friend Nader always get a large pizza for lunch once in awhile and we are never disappointed. I usually order it with... light sauce, olive oil and different toppings each time. The pizza is cooked perfectly and they are generous with toppings. Theyare always on time and I think it is the best pizza in Essex Read more
