I made my order online and went to pick it up at the set time . The pizza was literally being put in the box same as the cheesy... bread. Both were hot and ready to go. They try to have good costumer service but if the problem is they are stingy on toppings even though you pay for extra or double... they try to tell you an excuse. Like because you ordered so many there are less... they have good deals and ordering online isconvenient. Most of the time it's OK but the manager at my local store said there was nothing she could do about the fact I wasunhappy about my order since she already remade it. Read more
Love this dominio's! They have the best customer service I have experienced at any pizza place ever! I order here very... frequently. Anywhere from 1-3 times per week. My kids love pizza and this is their favorite place! The one Time I ordered andthe delivery guy showed up, I went to pay with debit, I had just been paid that day but for some reason my debit card was notworking. I was mortified that I didn't have cash on me. I handed back all the pizza to the delivery guy apologized profuselywith my kids crying in the background. Not 5 minutes later the delivery guy showed up to give my order and tell me the managersaid just pay them when I can! I was blown away! Such a nice gesture! What place does that now a days? Was sent an email for a 50% off promo and followed the link to and placed order. When i got to the store was charged full price... and when i emailed Dominos was told they would get back to me in 2 business days which was 6 days ago. Very deceptive salestactic and even worse customer service. Will not order ever again. Read more
Pizza is a good price when you get their deals. Always comes fast and hot!!!! Wish they didn't charge extra for delivery since... they also encourage you to tip but the pizza is still a good price either way. Read more
