Very disappointed with this store tonight. I went to place a delivery order and got to the checkout and then the app said that... the store is currently not delivering. I get that the fair is happening but add a few minutes to the time frame. Read more

Sloppy Pizza, pile of cheese in the center only, toppings clumped togeather, I watched the worker make the Next orders bare... handed without gloves after opening ovens, cutting, boxing, answering phone, running the register then go back to the assemblestation put bare hands in the topping bins and never once washed his hands.. ugh.. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I didnt get icing for my cinnamon twists. I asked for a credit for my desert as it... wasnt the way it should be. I asked the manager if she would eat cinnamon rolls without icing and she replied "no" then offeredto credit my 50 cent sauce that comes with the desert? Not only that but while I was talking to the original person who answeredthe phone the manager was in the background making fun of what I was saying, then put me on hold and hung up on me. No wonder Ithink dominos is horrible. Would love a copy of the "recording this for quality assurance" phone call. Read more
Next time I want pizza, I'll pick it up in person. It took over two hours to get our pizzas. When we finally got them, they were... room temperature and cut unevenly. In future, I would appreciate a greater attention to detail and the courtesy of advancenotice when they are understaffed. Read more
Normally this Dominos is pretty good but this last time was crazy. I ordered a reward pizza to be delivered at 5:45pm and... included a big tip for the driver. Usually the app shows my pizza in process but not this time. I called at 6:45 to see whereit was and the manager was like, "um it's here and it might go out for delivery soon." Might? I got kids man. I was rude,it's true. Sorry but why not call me or tell me instead of give me a "maybe" after already an hour? It arrived at 7:48pm withthe wrong toppings. Jalapenos and whole garlic. For kids. That's just rude. I had to throw it away. smh. Read more
Ordered many times and they always forget hot sauce, when I have paid for it. This time I called and reminded them about it and... this is what I got. Its swimming in hot sauce. Not how it is supposed to be. Never ordering again from here. Read more
The people were very nice and the only reason I went to Dominos is because our favorite place has labor issues. Dominos pizza... was bland. Ordered pepperoni & mushrooms; not enough of each to cover pizza and there sauce sucks. Read more
