Great dunkin but they sell out of most things by 4pm
Maybe fix your hours of operation! 5 a.m. my a$$!!! Try 6 a.m. I drove almost an hr for a closed store.
They've gone downhill a bit. Their new staff of really young people never seem to even want to be there. I always see them... standing around but if you go through the drive through you'll have a quicker time. Read more
It just so happened to be torrential raining that day. There is no over hang by the order box so I was getting drenched even... when I kept rolling up my window. It was really frustrating. There seemed to be a lot of miscommunication and misunderstanding,perhaps the employee was exceptionally hard of hearing but they didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. It was busy at 730am. I got a dozen of donuts 50 munchkins a box of Joe and the guy behind me I got his coffee. A part of pay it... forward. I spent including my change was $50 . Happy bosses happy life. Read more
Ordered two coffees, a muffin, and 5 munchkins? 40 minutes later i get my order finally, except they forgot the food (which... didn?t need preparing - so the 3 easiest items). I went at 515am and ordered through the app. Food was hot, fresh, tasted good, wasn't messy. Order came out fast, everything... was correct. Woman that was behind the counter didn't miss a beat, she was fast and good at her job and gave me all herattention. Read more
