Horrible horrible service, ordered food online. Received email confirmation of order and payment was given a confirmation... number. Updated email that my food was ready. Went to location to be told they don?t use online service. Would not evenacknowledge my emailed confirmation and order number. Out 76.67. Completely rude staff. This was my first time ever eating at a KFC. Maybe I just got unlucky, but I think it?ll also be the last. Food wasn?t great... and they messed up my order pretty badly- I didn?t receive two things I ordered and my sides were completely wrong. It wascold by the time it got to me, which isn?t on them, but the fact that the taste and texture of the chicken was completelyunpalatable meant I ended up throwing most of the food away. I hear everyone else saying they?re understaffed and unable tokeep up with demand, so that?s probably why things are so rough there. I know it?s super cheap, but I highly recommendavoiding it.
