This Starbucks is usually REALLY busy since it has the only drive-thru in the area, but now they have a system where they put... your order out on the counter so you can grab it instead of having to ask. So instead of waiting in the drive-thru parade, Iorder on the app, then run inside and pick up my order fuss-free! They are also always friendly and accurate with my orders,though the coffee and food is relatively expensive... like every other Starbucks. :-) Read more
Ordering here can be pretty hit or miss with the timeliness of mobile orders. There is a clear priority to the drive-thru over... lobby and mobile order walk-ins. There have been times where I've ordered 20+ minutes ahead of time and my drink still hasn'tbeen made upon arrival (despite an estimated 7-10 minute estimated pickup time). If I could give this store a 10 star review, I absolutely would. I?m an out of towner. Visiting and loving Vermont. Im actually... considering staying. Anyhow. I stopped in at this location after visiting the Essex dog park. I mean, I took my dog to thedog park, then I stopped in; I didn?t just go solo and visit the dog park. That would be weird. I mean. I could do that. Peoplelike dogs. It would make sense. Kind of. Anyhow, this Starbucks, was fan F-ing TASTIC. - the staff were VERY kind. I meanchatting, joking, making the experience SO pleasant that I couldn?t leave the parking-lot without first leaving them a ravingreview. Honestly. I don?t thunk I?ll go to another Starbucks in this area now. I think this one took ownership of my coffeeheart. And, as a former employee (#1522292 #RIP) all I can say is? thanks fam!! As a former starbucks employee I am always disappointed when I come to this location. It always takes them over 10 minutes to... make my one drink. Today it took the 20 minutes. I order a pink drink and that?s it. They got the orders out for everyone behindmy in line and only gave me my drink once I asked. They practice habits that were high discouraged when I was working for thiscompany. i.e taking out drink stickers before you are ready and just leaving them their. They had plenty of staff yet tookforever. Read more
I always have a great experience here, but today is why I?m leaving a review. I went to a different starbucks and they messed up... my order in a way that is of detriment to my health and they were super rude to me when I asked about it, so I came to thislocation to get a new one. not only did they fix my drink no charge, they gave me a size up and were so so sweet to me. I waited in a long line and found only one coffee option that wasn't designed to promote type-2 diabetes. It was black coffee,... which was seriously awful. The harried batista was nice, in spite of enduring awful working conditions. Read more
