For starters I ordered a 3 piece chicken dinner wit all drumsticks and for my 2 sides I asked for Mac& cheese and a Dr pepper... wit no ice and the meal came wit a biscuit and the Dr pepper had a lot of ice in it and 2nd off they gave me 2 thighs and 1drumstick 1 coleslaw and 1 mashed potatoes and gravy and may I add I'm severely allergic to lettuce and cabbage so if I would oftook a bite of the coleslaw I would have went into anaphylactic shock and then I don't like potatoes plus the biscuit was stilldoughy as if all they did is warmed it up without cookin them and by time my brother got through wit them after they messed upmy order they replaced the whole meal which ain't the point but once again the biscuit was completely doughy and this is the3rd time I have had this problem and it's only after 5p.m I notice that this happens so I advise anyone who stops at thislocation check your food before leavin the drive thru window to make sure they got your order straight Read more
Came in and ordered my food through drive through. Pulled up checked my items as I was leaving( as they already had a line of... people) Was missing an item, did a U-turn and let the lady at the speak which was very nice BTW, let her know I just ordered andwas missing an item. Pulled up and the manager with longer blonde hair just stared at me. I said hello. He said" How can I helpyou?" explained again that I was missing a item. He said I was not as he personally packed my order. I proceeded to pulleverything out of my bag and show him. Nasty attitude said I will make you "another one". I never got the first one. Went there and ordered 4 potatoes, 12 biscuits, 3 Mac & Cheese and a Cole slaw to get home and the potatoes were only half full... if that, Mac Cheese was cold and only 9 biscuits. This was redickules. They need to get it together. Read more
Absolutely ANGRY!! Ordered a 12pc meal with 3 large sides and 6 biscuits. Get the food home and open it up and the amount of Mac... and cheese in what was supposed to be a large side literally had maybe 4 bites of food in it. The mashed potatoes was enough formaybe 2 people. Surprisingly the coleslaw large side bowl was full. Biscuits were hard on the bottom. Normally I wouldn'tcomplain but when you pay 25.99 for food you should get your money's worth and I DIDN'T ???? I Love me some KFC!! Who doesn't like fried chicken?!? However, with that said... This location has never gotten my order right,... and it's quite unfortunate. Oddly enough I order the EXACT same thing every time I go, and it's never the correct order.Sometimes the drive thru staff are very nice, other times they are absolutely clueless as to what the job entails. I even left areview the last time I went from the code on the receipt, and received an auto response email and nothing more. KFC!! Ya need tostep up your game! Read more
AVOID this KFC @ all cost. Every single time I go there something is missing. Don?t even bother try calling to let them know ?... no one answers the phone. The chicken also taste like the grease hasn?t been cleaned in a decade. I typically wouldn?t take thetime out to even leave a review but this is ridiculous. Read more
We went inside and through the drive through. The inside could be cleaner. The drive through was okay but the problem is KFC... food... prepackaged cookies says a lot. It seems the company has optimized for convenience and profit, not "home style cooking." Read more
All I ordered was a 8 pc chicken bucket. Worst chicken I ever eat. Very small prices. Not sure if they changed recipe, but... Won't go back again. This is my second review in the past year. Last one wasn't good either, throught I would give them asecond try. Not getting a third. Read more
