I cannot believe how dirty the kid area was!! For a Monday at lunchtime with no other children in sight? The floors look like... they have not been washed in a long time they are sticky and dirty. There is debris all over the floor on the tables and on thechairs. So sad to say this!! Read more
I pulled ahead waited for my food they then came out and gave me the wrong food so I went in to get it corrected then they... forgot a sandwich so then I went back in there and I ended up having to pay for the sandwich they forgot because the girl at thefirst window didn't give me a receipt. So I ordered a McChicken and a medium fry then they forget the medium fry. I stayed atthe McDonald's for 45 minutes waiting for one order to be correct. ???? Can we please stop with the ?customer is always right? attitude? The other day when I was in the drive thru I heard a worker get... yelled at by someone over $2. How about don?t go somewhere if you can?t even afford it? The young lady who handled thattransaction btw handled it very well, better than I would have. Went in and something was wrong with the smoothie maker or such and took around 10 minutes to get it, tge rest of yhe good was... kind of good. it wasn't busy and no one else was there, they're hood when it comes to the drive through but not the dine in. Read more
Not happy all you can't pay cash but the curbside pickup. Very polite and helpful staff.. Chicken nuggets, fries and hash browns were lukewarm which was a bummer but shakes and breakfast... sandwich was on point. Clean and nice play area for kids.. Asked for a cheeseburger plain with just the cheese and meat for my dog. Ordered thru the app, had to wait for food when they... brought it out it was just a bun and meat with NO CHEESE. I told the person who brought my food out that there's no cheese andall they did was bring me a slice of cheese to add on myself. That's def some bad service if you ask me. Will NEVER visit thisplace again.. I'll just have to purchase meals or food elsewhere, that's a red flag for me on the service I'd get coming back orthe way my food will be made.. NOT THE RIGHT WAY.
