I hate to post a bad review about the food industry because I know how stressful it is especially during a pandemic but this... location (despite how friendly their staff is) does not have the best accuracy of getting orders correct in their drive through.The past 4 times I?ve used the drive through, my order has been incorrect. Even after it was repeated back to me correctly.Either items were completely missing or just completely incorrect; an extra toasted turkey itiliano that came with ham and noturkey and not toasted at all. I wouldn?t have minded except I actually despise ham and didn?t have time to go back. Needless tosay, I suggest going inside this location to watch them make your items. Read more

Inside Fromt door hasnt been wiped in weeks. Staff did not know their own menu. Service was slow and as I ordered, I was told I... couldnt have items on a sandwich I was paying for?! Been here 3x the other 2 visits werent that stellar either... 12 dollars foran anemic sandwich... Go to the grocery store deli counter across the street and make your own sandwich itlll taste better andyou will spent just about the same and be able to make prolly 2 more! Read more

If I could leave a worse rating I would. In June we ordered online several subs from Subway on Center Avenue in Essexville to... pick up after our sons graduation at Garber (Subway was his favorite place) we arrived at our scheduled order time to find thedoors locked. We saw a worker in the restaurant so knocked on the door only to be told they were out of bread and closed. Theynever refunded my large order of 3 full-size subs plus. I was told the manager would call and make it right, she never did. Icalled the restaurant several times only to be told she wasn?t in, More calls still NOTHING!!! I sent several emails online tocustomer service and never heard back from anyone!!! Totally disgusted with Subway!!! This was my sons graduation day, hisfavorite place ,Subway and this happened. You basically stole my money and never made it right! This is a terrible way to run anestablishment. One unhappy customer who will never go back to Subway on Center and maybe to none of them again! The SLOWEST subway I have ever been to. Including me there was 3 people total in the store and all of us were in there for 20... minutes. They would disappear to the back in the middle of making the subs with no explanation. Worst. Subway. Ever. Read more

Hit or miss, for the past couple of months, it?s been mostly miss. I hate being this guy because I understand how stressful the... food industry can be, but there?s very clearly little effort being put into making the food. Avoid online ordering. Apparentlythey only attempt to make the sub correctly if you watch them like a hawk. I am convinced they don?t properly heat my food up,because the other Subways in my area are always better quality. The bacon is clearly thrown in the oven for half the time. Whyelse would it be chewy, when it never is from the other locations. Nobody likes working, I get that. But take a little bit ofpride in whatever it is you do, even if it is just making sandwiches. Read more
