Although more items have been added to the menu, (fresh mozzarella, capicola ham), the sandwiches themselves are not impressive.... The ratio of bread to meat is quite disappointing even if doubling the meat. They were stretching to cover the length of afootlong on my BLT, even with double bacon. Ordered 2 sandwiches, chips, cookies, and drinks online. I get that you grab the bottle drinks and chips yourself, but the... person picking it up didn't know that. However, they didn't give us the 6 cookies we ordered, or a cup for the fountain drink(not things you can grab yourself). The person who picked up the order asked if we got the cookies and then they asked what wewanted and made him order cookies and pay for them (again). Then, the sandwiches were wrong. No cucumber when it was ordered,paid extra for sliced avocado and they put guacamole instead, and seemingly no oil and vinegar or salt and pepper (both wereordered). Also paid for extra cheese and they put the normal amount (one layer, 3-4 pieces of cheese total for a footlong) Then,someone went back down to grab the missing cookies we paid for, chips, and drinks. They were told none of that was on the orderbut gave it to us anyway (even though we literally had the order confirmation through email saying everything we ordered aboveand that it was all paid for). Would not recommend atleast for online orders. In person it's hard to mess up a sandwich in frontof you but it seems they don't really pay attention what online order tickets say. Read more
The staff at this location is always friendly and they have provolone the cheese selection and a lot of subways don't. However... they don't put very much on. The new selection of sandwiches in the addition of capicola or definitely improvements. This isalso a larger location which doesn't make you feel like you're cramped when you're trying to order and I like that. Read more
We were surprised how little meat was included on our foot long sandwiches. Two tiny slices of ham that only covered half of... each 6 inch section. This was consistent with both of our combo meals. We didn't know we were buying the veggie sandwich or wewould have just ordered that in the first place. Additionally, both our drinks tasted like watered down briwn seltzer. Been having sandwiches here for year's and the quality is always the same. Good sandwiches if you go in and order but beware... with online/app orders. The Veggie Delight comes with extra cheese (2 rows) because there is no meat. If you order extra cheese(3 rows) on the app or online, YOU DO NOT GET EXTRA CHEESE! This has happened every time with my order. If I don't order extra Ionly get one row, if I order extra I get what it's supposed to come with (2 rows). Very disappointing to pay for 3 rows ofcheese and only get 2 or less. Read more
