Learned a year ago that employees don?t get tips, don?t bother tipping please.
First off, in a town filled with people that work blue collar jobs that start early and run 24hrs a day, their business hours... are terrible. 7am to 7pm. The service is alright but the supply is bad. I waited 16 minutes for 2 sausage farmer wraps. Therewere people that were waiting longer for their stuff. It seems like whoever runs that location doesn't like making money. Read more
Tim's is Tim's. It's a great 0lace for coffee, food or both! It is a great place to be (although it can be a bit noisy... sometimes). Overall, I love it more than any other because it's Canadian, but bias aside, it's nothing spectacular.... peoplethere are very nice though. Read more

Today was the first and likely last time I'll attempt to get coffee and/or breakfast here. With 15 mins, I thought I had plently... of time. Even with the 4 people already in line.. Although, 15 mins goes by.. And they served ONE in store customer.. Meanwhile3 or 4 online orders are sitting on the counter, getting cold, with the people not even there yet. Needless to say, I didn't getcoffee or breakfast today.. Thanks to Esterhazy Tim hortons and their gross under staffing and clearly prioritizing mobileorders.. So disappointing. After reading many other similar experiences.. With the owner giving a empty apology without even anoffer to replace people's terrible orders. This store could be making so much more money, but it's clear bad management is thecause. The store would go bankrupt if they replaced every bad order.. It is a good place.. and it is the only Tim Hortons in Esterhazy, SK. The place is clean and so quite. The washrooms are so... clean, but it?s hard to dry your hands with a weak hand dryer. Also there aren't drive thru service. It is Fast service butalways double check your orders, especially make sure tea isn't coffee ???? and last time they don't mix my order so the sugaris all at the botten. Read more
Hours are terrible. Location is terrible. I'm surprised they were given a franchise in a such a small community.
