The Drive Thru ???? is the same at every Arby's...they can't wait to interrupt you while you try to order. "hi, I would like a... regular roast beef"...you then pause for 1 second ...the Arby's order taker imediately repeats what you said and asks "anything else?" It drives me crazy!!!
