ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Store Manager is terrible. I was charged over $100 for 2 pizza's and cinnamon sticks. ... Charged twice and she told me nothing she could do I would have to call the third party text company to get it resolved. Ah nowhy should I have to call them JETS Pizza are the ones that charged me twice! She is the store manager that should be her jobto get it taken care of. I will NEVER return to this Jets in Estero!! My husband ordered a pizza and small greek salad on 7/10 for pick up in the early evening. Upon opening the bag when he got... home, we noticed that the salad was completely inedible. There was a nasty smell coming from the soggy lettuce contained withinthe salad. I immediately sent in a note to Jets Pizza regarding this matter since the small salad was $8. They never responded.I love Jets pizza but this location needs to look at their pre-made food before serving it to customers. Furthermore, thecorporate office needs to respond to issues such as this. I have enjoyed the Jet10 round hand tossed since I have been ordering it. Ate half of it at one sitting. Rest for lunch... tomorrow. 'Turbo' crust sounds interesting. Will have to ask next time when ordering, since menu does not tell me anything. Onlyproblem is that you advertised 20% off for texting in the order. Seems that side doesn't work.
