ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Store Manager is terrible. I was charged over $100 for 2 pizza's and cinnamon sticks. ... Charged twice and she told me nothing she could do I would have to call the third party text company to get it resolved. Ah nowhy should I have to call them JETS Pizza are the ones that charged me twice! She is the store manager that should be her jobto get it taken care of. I will NEVER return to this Jets in Estero!! My husband ordered a pizza and small greek salad on 7/10 for pick up in the early evening. Upon opening the bag when he got... home, we noticed that the salad was completely inedible. There was a nasty smell coming from the soggy lettuce contained withinthe salad. I immediately sent in a note to Jets Pizza regarding this matter since the small salad was $8. They never responded.I love Jets pizza but this location needs to look at their pre-made food before serving it to customers. Furthermore, thecorporate office needs to respond to issues such as this. I have enjoyed the Jet10 round hand tossed since I have been ordering it. Ate half of it at one sitting. Rest for lunch... tomorrow. 'Turbo' crust sounds interesting. Will have to ask next time when ordering, since menu does not tell me anything. Onlyproblem is that you advertised 20% off for texting in the order. Seems that side doesn't work. 05/15/2021 First time trying Jet?s Pizza. Ordered the Deep Dish Duo. Pizza was good. I liked the crust the most! They had it... ready in 10 mins on a Saturday night around 9:30pm which was awesome! Employees no longer wearing masks. Pizza box did notinclude the ranch and I forgot to check before we left ? Bummer! Tried to use the text system for the 20% off and it didn?tunderstand my order (which I had copied and pasted directly from the online cart) ? it almost had me order 10 pizzas for $140+so I ended up having to call my order in. All in all, it was an okay experience. If I order again, next time I?ll skip thecheese sticks and just order the deep dish pizza. Read more

This location for Jets pizza was effecient in order taking. The deep dish buffalochicken pizza came out excellent. So two thumbs up for this will run location. I recommend you come out and try it. The pizza was amazing, being from Detroit we were pessimistic about how it would taste. The location was off the grid. However... the pizza actually was better than Detroit's jets I've been to. Such a shame I have to go back home to jets I'm used to. Thisplace was good. Wish we could see them make the pizza. Read more
