For some unknown reason, every time I have visited a Jimmy John's, the crew seems obsessed with preparing the sandwich as I am... paying the cashier. There's one major problem with their effort at speedy service. They seldom get the order correct. Here'ssome advice that they'll probably ignore. Slow it down some. I can spare a couple of minutes so the sandwich is preparedcorrectly. On second thought, I should be at Publix deli which sells more subs than anyone else in Florida, and never gets itwrong. Food is as expected and staff were as quick/good as you would want. They also dealt well with a rude customer while we were... there, giving the guy more patience than he deserved. Read more

Worst service I have ever experienced Jimmy Johns Estero Florida. The older manager was rude and aggressive, the person making... the sandwiches did them completely wrong, and the young cashier placed the entire order wrong. I told them to refund me my moneyand canceled the order. They desever a zero star but I cannot place my posting without a rating. They had the audacity to saythey didn't like my attitude when I asked to have the sandwiches made the way I placed the order. They need to have the entirestaff go back to customer service training education. I also called the corporate office to file a formal complaint and when Itold the manager I was going to call the corporate office her response was "go ahead we are a busy company and don't care?. I ordered my food at 1:07 and got it at 2. I called there at 1:50 to see where my food was since I?ve never had them take so... long. The cashier said the driver had 4 deliveries and that they can?t control his timing. When he got here I walked up to hiscar he had 4 bags still in his car that shows me he hasn?t even went anywhere else yet. I called back to tell the manager andshe right away tried to say I?m being rude and that if I wanted it faster I could of got in my car and came to get it. She keptsaying what do you want me to do fire my driver. I kept telling her I?m just letting you now so you can tighten things up andinstead of apologizing and asking me what can she do to make things right she rushed me off the phone by saying you can have anice day bye. I can?t believe a general manager talks to customers that way when they are clearly doing things wrong on theirend. Read more

I work close to this store. I Order a sub a week for convenience and it's hit or miss really with quality, and how it takes over... an hour to deliver less than 2 miles away. Today I ordered a sandwich and had to call to check the status of the delivery askedwhat was taking so long as it had been over an hour. The women that answered the phone was not only rude but hung up on me afterstating their motto isn't freaky fast anymore and if I don't like it don't order from them. Extremely disappointed about thenon-existent customer service. Not the first time either. Just terrible plus my sandwich was soggy and gross couldn't even eatit. How can a business just turn away repeat customers and act like they don't need my business so they can be rude. I'd like tospeak to the branch manager as soon as possible. Never had I ever been disrespected by one of the staff .I normally come in & order with no issue this time I decided to order... and have them deliver. Not only I had to call back a hour later to see where my food was they said it was there it didn?t getput in delivery mode ( that?s fine mistakes happen). Food was delivered 2 mins later great been waiting for this moment . I atethe most soggiest sandwich Ever ! I then called and asked 2 questions who was the man I was talking to earlier bc I didn?t knowhis name she said that?s the manager he?s on the other line so then I asked her the question I was going to ask him since he wasbusy was that sandwich the same sandwich that was on the counter delivered to me because I was soggy .. She then hung up; nolet me ask someone . I went over there so I can show them the sandwich also asked the lady why she hung up on me . Her answerwas I was rude . Rude !! I asked two questions and instead of hold on let me find out or I?ll get you to the manager. Nothing .If you pick up the phone you should know how to talk to customers. The older shift manager kinda yelled at us and then the next group of people behind us. I can't remember the exact words but... she was definitely in a bad mood " we have a huge order and it will be 20 mins so you just have to wait." It wasn't the wordsit was the scowl and snipping tone. The The girl with the heavy eye liner didn't understand that my daughter wanted a regsandwich with turkey, mayo, cheese and peppers. I then explained it and it still came out wrong. So did my unwich. The icemachine had no ice.. The place was dirty. I feel bad because hiring nowadays is hard but it made me not want to go thereagain. I convinced my friend and her kids to come with us too. She felt the same way. Read more
