I prefer the ambiance of this Starbucks Compared to some of the ones by my house; however, after driving out here it was closed.... No note on the window saying why. I checked google and it says they are open until 10pm and it?s currently 1:30pm. The peoplenext door say due to the boil water notice in Lee county, but I?m pretty sure it was lifted 2 days ago. A little bit upset, I always go to Starbucks, unfortunately all my ice drinks are always filled on ice, so I have give up and... ask with no ice lately, today I gave it a last chance and I asked for a couple ice cubes so they correct it into light ice and Itold them that is ok as long as it is actually light ice and she said she would make sure and once again it was not, it wasfilled in ice I?ll call it more like extra ice not light ice, also got a messy sandwich and had no napkins. I care a lot aboutcustomer service because of years of experience and would of appreciate a better treat and service. Read more

Love my Starbucks and the employees are always willing to let us know when they?re out of the supplies they need to make the... drink whatever that we are asking for they really go out of their way to try to give us a comparison of what we?re used tousually having because they have their short supply however I have they still keep greeting us with a smile on their face andexcepting what they can they need more workers everywhere it?s a shame that more people are staying home to get a check for justsitting around doing nothing when they can be out working in keeping our business is going Read more
The manager Wes is awesome! His cheery, uplifting attitude every visit never fails! He always has a suggestion if you don't know... what to get too! I've never had my order wrong here and they are always quick. The only thing that stinks is there isn't a placeto pull up in the car line, so if you're waiting for something that's not ready, there isn't really a place to wait or pull upto without being in Someone's way.
